Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, there is a flat-rate of $35-75 USD depending on weight of order. Please contact email me at allthingspinkhoney@gmail.com before purchasing so I can give you the best rate.
Q: How do I know if an item is authentic?
A: Before listing luxury items, we do our best to ensure authenticity. All high end items valuing over $200 will be professionally authenticated and include emailed certificates of authenticity.
Q: How do I know if an item will fit me?
A: We provide accurate measurements and descriptions for the majority of items listed on our website. Please review the product details carefully and compare them with your own measurements before placing your order. You can also contact us if you need more information or guidance on sizing. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to sizing issues.
Q: What is the Return and Exchange Policy?
A: At All Things Pink Honey, we strive to select only top quality merchandise for our shop. We do understand that if you are shopping secondhand online, you may have some concerns about the condition and fit of the items.
However, due to the nature of our business, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges. All sales are final and no refunds are available, except in special circumstances. If you receive an item that has a significant flaw that was not disclosed, you may request a refund within 7 days of delivery. You must provide proof of the flaw and the original order confirmation. We will review your request and issue a refund if approved. The refund will be processed to the original method of payment.

Q: What if my order is delivered but cannot be located?
A: All Things Pink Honey is not liable for stolen or misplaced packages once they have been marked as delivered.
If your USPS parcel is misplaced or stolen, here are the steps you can take:
- Verify the delivery status using the tracking number provided by USPS.
- Please email allthingspinkhoney@gmail.com to confirm where the package was initially sent.
- Ask neighbors if they saw anything or if the package was mistakenly delivered to their address.
- Reach out to the local USPS office to file a complaint or report the issue.
- Request information on the delivery, and inquire if they can initiate an investigation.
- If eligible, file an insurance claim with USPS.
- If the package is confirmed stolen, consider filing a police report.
